Le Nez du Vin - Éditions Jean Lenoir

Éditions Jean Lenoir was created at the end of the 1970s with the aim of listing and bringing to life the heritage of smells. In 1979, Jean Lenoir used a suitcase-object with 120 aromas which he used to animate wine discovery courses and met with tremendous success. Thus in 1981, the book-object Le Nez du Vin was born and the 1,000 copies were sold by subscription.

Since then, a small team has been installed in Carnoux-en-Provence and in Paris to manufacture, sell and promote the publications around the world. The range has developed a lot, it now consists of the Nez du Vin in several formats and its variations (the faults, the new oak barrel...), the Nez du Café, the Nez du Whisky, the Nez de l'Armagnac etc.
