
We were lucky enough to have for a few weeks a magnificent and rare 15 liter bottle (Nebuchadnezzar) from Château Mouton Rothschild 2000.

An emerald green with sparkling reflections, a powerful and subtle bouquet, many years of maturation and a halo of mystery… This is all that we contemplate at the bottom of the glass.
Formerly produced within the walls of the monastery, the activity has moved several times with the vicissitudes of history. But the trade secret, described in a long parchment entrusted to the Carthusians in 1605 and consigned in a safe to which only the superior of the monastery has the key, remains jealously guarded.
