Georges Noellat era il nipote di Charles Noellat (i cui vigneti hanno contribuito alla formazione di
domini di Jean Jacques Confuron, Hudelot Noëllat e del dominio Leroy). Dal 1990 al 2010 il resto dei vigneti è stato affittato da Louis Jadot e Joseph Drouhin. Nel 2011 Maxime Cheurlin (all'età di 20 anni), nipote della signora Noellat, ha rilevato la gestione della tenuta Noellat e la gestione dei vigneti che la compongono. La tenuta comprende le denominazioni Echezeaux e Grands Echezeaux Grands Crus, nonché 6 Premier Cru: Chambolle Musigny 1er cru Feusselottes, 2 Nuits Saint Georges 1er cru (Boudots e Cras), 3 Vosne Romanée 1er cru (Beaux Monts, Chaumes, Petits Monts) e villaggi: Gevrey Chambertin en Champs, Nuits Saint Georges, Vosne Romanée, Bourgogne Pinot Noir e Hautes Côtes de Nuits rosso.
