Domaine Les Bruyeres - David Reynaud - Beaumont 2021
Domaine Les Bruyères is located in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in the Rhône Valley. Directed by David Reynaud since 2000, the estate produces wines from certified organic and biodynamic agriculture . The estate extends over 27 hectares of vines, on a terroir made up of clay-limestone terraces and pebbles.
Beaumont is made from Syrah harvested on clay-limestone terraces in the town of Beaumont-Monteux. The harvest is harvested manually with manual sorting on feet then on a sorting table. The grapes are completely destemmed and vatted, then devatted by gravity. The vinification is traditional and occurs in raw concrete vats. The vatting lasts 2 to 3 weeks with pumping over and sweeping of the lees before pressing. The wine is then aged in raw concrete vats .
Grape variety: 100% Syrah
