Domaine Les Bruyeres - David Reynaud - 350 M - Saint-Joseph 2020
Domaine Les Bruyères is located in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in the Rhône Valley. Managed by David Reynaud since 2000, the estate produces certified organic and biodynamic wines. The estate extends over 27 hectares of vines, on a terroir made up of clay-limestone and pebble terraces.
350m is made from Syrah whose vine age varies between 20 and 30 years, grown on a granite plateau at an altitude of 350 meters on the right bank of the Rhône. The harvest is manual and the grapes are sorted on the vine and on a sorting table on arrival at the vat room. The harvest is entirely destemmed and vatted by gravity. Traditional vinification is carried out in concrete vats, vatting lasts 28 to 32 days with punching down. The aging lasts 12 months in demi-muids(30%) and in concrete vats (70%).
Grape variety: 100% Syrah
