The vines were planted in 1903. The work at the time was manual and natural. Out of homage and conviction, I worked these vines with particular care, respecting the work of the past, naturally!

Traditionally served on rib steak, cheese, try on Shoulder of Lamb Boulangère, coq au vin, Duck Confit, Tuna with Green Pepper, Gigue de Chevreuil, Brie, Morbier, Pont l'Evêque.
