Château DE PARNAY - Le Clos d'Entre les Murs 2011 Saumur
This wine is made from grapes from "Clos entre les murs" built at the end of the 19th century by Antoine Crystal. It is a unique place in the world because it is the only vineyard plot classified as a historical monument. The enclosure is made up of 11 walls in total which support the vines.
The color is crystalline yellow. On the nose, it is very mineral and opens with subtle notes of lime, thyme and wedge. Nice length in the mouth with aromas of flowers and wood. A subtle and daring whole! The 2011 vintage is a lively wine with a surprising woody side.
