Laroque is a large property on the Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes plateau, east of Saint-Emilion. The estate boasts spectacular buildings built in the 17th century, which should soon be open to visitors. The Beaumartin family spares no effort to place the cru within the beautiful brands of the appellation. All the latest vintages signed by the conscientious winemaker Bruno Sainson have proven to be successful; in 2015 he left his place to David Suire, Nicolas Thienpont's right-hand man.
