 The Chivalry has existed for almost 400 years. Emmanuel and Stéphanie are therefore the 11th generation to take care of it. Formerly worked in polyculture, it became in the last century a totally wine-growing domain.

Emmanuel and Stéphanie Caslot pamper their 34 hectares worked in biodynamics. By respecting the specificities of their beautiful Réstigné terroirs, they develop a coherent range of wines full of character.

2005, one of the fine vintages of the Loire, made this Chevalerie wine a very great wine. Drink now or keep for a few more years. Cabernet Franc expresses itself wonderfully. Very nice bottle to accompany a nice meal.
