Hee Joy is a range of rums from the Hedonist Spirits company, it presents a selection of old English rums from Jamaica, Trinidad and Guyana. They are meticulously selected and refined and assembled in the Cognac region of Grande Champagne, a region steeped in ancestral know-how in breeding and blending. All the elements are there to make this rums reach their goal: to become rums of high fly with friendly and warm character. A project born out of the will of Jean-Marc Larhantec who has been able to impose on the market by the only force its high quality.

Hee Joy Origins rum is a rum made from exceptional molasses. It is characterized by a first aging of 3 to 5 years in the distilleries of origins of the different rums that compose it. They are then assembled and aged for 4 to 6 months in ex-Cognac XO casks in the Hee Joy cellars in Chevanceaux and thus combine the strengths of the Charentais know-how in the aging of eaux-de-vie and the magnificent complexity of the wines. rums.
