 Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos is a blend of Furmint, Zéta and Harslevelu, maceration is done mainly with finished wine. It presents an exceptional bouquet: mandarin, quince and marmalade, as well as sublime minerality and tension. The palate is very well balanced on madarin, lime, orange peel and a touch of quince. It's a crisp wine, an unpredictable but convincing Tokaji with a very long and sustained finish.
