BERNABELEVA - Arroyo del Tortolas - Red - Organic 2014

 Arroyo del Tortolas is a Grenache from a high altitude terroir with north exposure. On the nose, we find a complex bouquet around notes of black fruits, floral notes and the dominant star anise. It is a discreet nose that must be sought. In the mouth, we find a wine of beautiful texture. The tannins are fine but still a little biting due to the youth of the wine. Beautiful final freshness in which we find liquorice and subtle and pleasant aniseed notes.
