The great cuvée from Domaine en Cornas represents around two thirds of production. It comes from the meticulous blend of eight plots on Petite Cote, Sabarotte, La Côte and Reynard. The vines between 35 and 80 years old deliver their quintessence here. Sublime cru for those who know how to wait!

The nose of Cornas 2011 is majestic, on these meaty, smoked aromas, typical of the great Cornas. Rich and deep, it also reveals nuances of dried herbs and leather. The palate is sumptuous, refined by the years of aging. The freshness is still present, a sign of great aging potential.
