 This gastronomic wine is characterized by its volume and structure. Its assertive character is prolonged by a lively finish but coated in a long fruitiness. The aromatic range always expresses fresh fruit (white peach, citrus) complemented by a touch of minerality.

Blend of grape varieties: 50% very ripe gros manseng, 35% petit manseng, 15% petit courbu / camaralet
Domaine Camin Larredya is managed by Jean-Marc Grussaute, who took over from his parents in 1988, with the aim of pushing ever further towards the quality of the blends and vinifications. The vineyard has 9.5 ha of vines certified in Agrocert Organic Agriculture, including 4 cultivated on terraces planted with gros manseng (27%), petit manseng (65%), petit courbu and camaralet (8%).

Domaine Camin Larredya produces a very high quality dry and semi-soft Jurançon range, the result of the work of a team dedicated to the family and human dimension of the activity: the actions of each and their meaning serve the cause of the terroir. and its sustainability. Skillful, passionate and perfectionist, Jean-Marc Grussaute is undoubtedly one of the appellation's elites.
