The organic wines from Domaine des 2 ânes are a benchmark in the Corbières appellation. All produced in biodynamics, they prove to be powerful and fruity and of great aging for the most beautiful vintages.

An address to discover imperatively if it had escaped you. The vintages follow one another with extraordinary regularity and prices that remain very reasonable at the Domaine des 2 Ânes. Premiers Pas, Fontanilles and the Enclosure are great businesses from the Domaine des 2 Donkeys that should not be missed.

The Enclosure is aged in large capacity barrels to allow the fruit to keep all its shine and to melt the tannins. This organic wine develops on notes of stone fruits, garrigue, plums. Decanting before tasting is beneficial. This wine from the Domaine des 2 Ânes can be kept for 5-8 years without any problem.
