RUM from Guatemala - EL PASADOR DE ORO - XO

El Pasador De Oro is a house in Guatemala. It perfectly demonstrates the Guatemalan know-how in rum, once the canes fresh pressed, the juices obtained are heated slightly to evaporate the water and thus concentrate the sugar. The result is a "cane honey", a raw material of excellence to make rums with a silky and greedy profile. The latter is fermented with indigenous yeasts from pineapple. High altitude rums with sweet and round notes.

El Pasador De Oro XO is a blend of spirits from 8 to 15 years old in Guatemala. Following this, this blend will be the subject of a final refining of 6 months in barrels of ex-Cognac under continental climate (in Charente).
