DÖNNHOFF - Brücke Eiswein (Sweet) 2011

 2011 was a year that rewarded winegrowers not only with exceptional quality, but also with significant quantity. The Riesling Oberhäuser on the Nahe developed perfectly. Late frosts occurred at the top of the Dönnhoff vineyard without damage, and the sunny autumn gave superb maturity. The following October, November and December also remained mild, so that the Riesling grapes were able to ripen slowly. In January it was so cold that the Riesling Eiswein grapes could be harvested.

An extremely rare bottle, almost impossible to find in France. A bottle that can be drunk today but that over the years will bring an even more incredible bouquet and flavor.
