Château CARBONNIEUX 2014

 The Château Carbonnieux blanc 2014 has a pretty nose: precise aromas of apple blossom and blackcurrant leaf elegantly emanate from the glass. The mouth is crunchy on attack, the acidity not as loud as some of his peers, making him the most "languid" of the Pessac-Léognan. There is already a very elegant and stony finish that remains in the mouth - a very promising white Carbonaceous that will deserve a better grade after bottling.
