In the Corbin area, a little away from Saint-Émilion, the homonymy is enough to confuse the amateur, five castles sharing the same name. If the sandy soil, close to Pomerol, gives them a family resemblance, and if they often stick together, each has its own personality. That of Corbin Michotte is very wet! Against all odds, but without any backwardness, here we claim a "traditional" vision of Bordeaux wine. The Boidron family takes wine for granted. "We are looking to make classic wines, without overextraction or excessive woodwork. We want to make personal wines, which express the vintage and the terroir". It may seem so simple, heard a thousand times ... Except that here the taste of wine really corresponds to the begging of the bill.
