The Vieilles Vignes of Domaine Daniel-Etienne DEFAIX have an average age of 45 years, the oldest date from 1905, on an Upper Jurassic terroir made up of Kimmeridgian marls with very small fossilized oysters. The wine is lively and mineral. Ideal for an aperitif, and oysters, seafood platters but also starters such as Burgundy snails or parsley ham.
