Georges Noellat was the nephew of Charles Noellat (whose vines contributed to the formation of
domains of Jean Jacques Confuron, Hudelot Noëllat, and of the Leroy domain). From 1990 to 2010, the rest of the vines were rented by Louis Jadot and Joseph Drouhin. In 2011, Maxime Cheurlin (at the age of 20) the grandson of Mrs. Noellat took over the management of the Noellat estate and the management of the vines that make it up. The estate covers the Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux Grands Crus appellations, as well as 6 Premiers Crus: Chambolle Musigny 1er cru Feusselottes, 2 Nuits Saint Georges 1er cru (Boudots and Cras), 3 Vosne Romanée 1er cru (Beaux Monts, Chaumes, Petits Monts) and villages: Gevrey Chambertin en Champs, Nuits Saint Georges, Vosne Romanée, Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Hautes Côtes de Nuits red.
