CHIBANETTES - BIO BADEA PHILIPPE 2015

Les Chibanettes ”is a very fine vintage from Philippe Badea on old Grenache vines aged 70 years. This cuvée is neither filtered nor fined, vinified on indigenous yeasts with a chouia of sulfur during the vinification.

A powerful red which sublimates the expression of Grenache. It is full and generous, gourmet and supple, with notes of red fruits and garrigue, with a hint of spices. Ideal for stewed meat dishes such as beef, carrots, tagine with prunes, etc.

A natural wine from the Rhône to drink now but which offers a cellaring potential of five to eight years.
