Here is the trifecta winner from François Mikulski who places these three qualities at the heart of the development of his superb wines made from the village of Meursault. This great winegrower seems in love with a humility and a deep respect for this dream land. His hand only accompanies the vine, takes care of the grape and then guides the wine in its development so that the trace of man is erased under glass and that only the quintessence of the grape is retained and from the earth he nourishes it. Such a result does not happen without work and attention. Each gesture, each step, or each decision during the vintage is carefully considered and then meticulously carried out from pruning to bottling. The wines of Domaine Mikulski have a particular resonance because they are crystalline and pure while being deliciously expressive. These long bottles leave the palate transfixed with emotions.
