 Guillaume Boussens' domain is located at an altitude (600 meters) in Termenès. The vineyard, located on a very mineral soil, is worked in a very natural way and without mechanization. The juices have no input except sulfur in small quantities.

The Anne Fleur cuvée is an impressive wine, resulting from a blend of 65% Syrah, 25% Carignan and 10% Grenache Noir (the latter two from vines ranging from 75 to 150 years old ...). Large pinotant nose, superb freshness, good acidity, which make it very Burgundy. Superb fruit, great complexity. Very affordable today after decanting, it has serious aging potential. Great wine.
