ORFEO- Soft white - Organic SEAILLES 2015

 The Séailles estate is located in Mouchan in the Gers, in the heart of Armagnac and Côtes de Gascogne. It was in 1997 that Jean Labérenne undertook to convert the family estate to organic, which today has 26 hectares (13 of white, 13 of red, including 24 for Vin de pays and 2 for Armagnac). Located in the Ténarèze area which gives such a particular taste (with its limestone subsoil), the Séailles estate has long acquired a fine reputation in the production of fine and vintage Armagnacs that we have to let "the time it takes" wait before marketing them. Wine production dates from the mid-2000s. The quality continues to improve and the wines are recognized in the greatest guides such as that of Bettane and Dessauve.
