Château LYNCH-BAGES 2015 - IMPERIALE 6L - In OWC

Located at the gates of Pauillac, on one of the most beautiful hilltops in the town, overlooking the Gironde estuary, Château Lynch-Bages owes part of its name to the very old hamlet of Bages and to the Lynch family (d 'Irish ancestry), which has watched over the estate's destinies since the 18th century. Bought in 1934 by the Cazes family and already very famous, Lynch Bages reached a new stage with the arrival of Jean-Michel Cazes at the helm in 1974. He then put all his energy, talent and charisma at the service of this an area where it further enhances the quality and notoriety. But even beyond his wine, it is Bordeaux and the French vineyard that he will be indefatigable ambassador, traveling the whole world to meet an ever wider circle of passionate amateurs. The succession is now ensured by his son Jean-Charles to whom he handed over the reins of the estate in 2006.

Manual harvest, rigorous selection and aging for 12 to 15 months give wines of a beautiful concentration, marked by the richness of the tannins, dominated by spicy and minty notes. Over time, they develop an incomparable aromatic complexity.
