The Domaine des ROCHES NEUVES is managed by Thierry Germain, one of the best biodynamic winegrowers in Samur Campigny. His respect for the vine goes so far as to roll it up instead of pruning it!

In the cellar, each plot is vinified separately, which gives the winemaker the opportunity to demonstrate all his talent: each cuvée rivals the best French wines, both in terms of complexity and aging time.

Planted in 1904, the very old Cabernet Franc vines deliver, in this "Les Mémoires" cuvée, menthol nuances as well as a pretty red fruit. The attack is straight and powerful, with remarkable finesse.
