Petit Ours 2016, a pretty contemporary red Côtes-du-Rhône signed Matthieu Barret. From the trade of Matthieu, a selection of winegrowers who work only biodynamically on the terroir of Visan, clay-limestone soils. This Syrah is cultivated in biodynamics, 100% destemmed, pumping over, indigenous yeasts and aging for 12 months in vats. Bottled with 1 g / hl of sulfur, no filtration or fining.

Petit Ours Brun 2016 magnum: chubby indulgence, beautiful balance, a touch of freshness, nothing but happiness ... A soft, light and fruity juice.
