If Claude Courtois has been working naturally for more than 20 years, he has chosen to be controlled only by Nature et Progrès. If the specifications of this association are much stricter than the European specifications, they are not recognized by official bodies.

Cuvée composed of 4 white grape varieties including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Menu Pineau and Romorantin. Aging 30 months in barrels.

Sales limited to 2 bottles maximum.
