Pol Roger - Pure - without dosage

Pure, like an unvarnished champagne, a champagne in its most total nudity, a champagne that gives itself completely. Pure is the latest creation from the Pol Roger house, a Champagne without dosage, a wine in its most natural state.

Balance between the 3 Champagne grape varieties assembled in identical proportions, Pure Pol Roger is the fruit of the diversity of the Champagne terroirs, and of 3 years of aging in the cellar.

Pure Pol Roger is a champagne with a golden color, dense and brilliant, studded with fine bubbles.

On the nose, we discover notes of clove flower, rose, then after a few seconds of aeration, we move towards fresh bread, yeast and a touch of lemon.

The palate promises to be straight, linear, with a firm texture which announces itself like a carving that highlights a structured and fine wine.

The finish is deep, with aromas of honey and cloves.
