The Chita is the first grain whiskey from Maison Suntory Whiskey.

In 1972, on the Chita Peninsula, Keizo Saji-Suntory's second Master Blender built a distillery dedicated to creating the highest quality Japanese grain whiskey.

Through continuous research and innovation, Chita grain whiskeys have achieved unmatched sophistication, they have traditionally served as “dashi” or broth that enhances the harmony of Suntory Blends. This flagship version is aged in a combination of wine barrels, xerez and bourbon. It is a light whiskey with subtle notes of mint, honey and spices.
