MARKUS MOLITOR - Haus Klosterberg (sec) 2016

Cuvée from vines in the heart of the vineyard. It is made from vines planted on steep, stony and ferruginous slopes. The high proportion of iron in this terroir brings great minerality to the wine.

The color is crystalline yellow. The nose is finely spicy and very mineral with hints of slate and yellow fruits. In the mouth we find yellow fruits with apricot, mango and a lemon which gives a nice acidity and freshness. The finish is slightly iodized and very long, it is a very balanced wine.
