THE RENEWAL OF THE TRADITIONAL BLENDING

Tasting: Dark red color, limpid and brilliant. Complex nose with
aromas of fruit (blackberry, cherry), floral nuances (violet) and spices (pepper, vanilla).
Full and pleasant palate that reveals rounded tannins. The finish is very fruity. A frank and generous wine.

Accompaniment: To be served whatever the season, as a tapas with cold meats or cheese. Goes very well with a whole meal: roast poultry, couscous, spaghetti, sweet and savory duck breast.

Appellation: AOP Madiran

Terroir: The wine of this cuvée comes from vines cultivated on clay-limestone slopes with small gravettes.

Grape varieties: 70% Tannat, 30% Cabernet Franc

Vinification: Vinification by separate plots and grape varieties. Vinification temperature of 25 ° C. Extraction by reassembly and shedding. Maceration of 10 to 20 days depending on the grape variety.

Aging: Partly aging in vats (80%) and the rest (20%) in oak barrels for 12 months.
