Neisson was created during the interwar period in 1931 when the brothers Adrien and Hildebert Pamphile, known as Jean Neisson, bought the La Thieulbert dwelling, which then had 20 ha of plantations. It is located in the north-west of the island, not far from Saint-Pierre, at the foot of Mount Pelée and the older brother Adrien then undertakes to set up a small distillery while his younger brother, Jean Neisson is finishing his studies at Paris. While the eldest produced rums in Martinique, the younger set up an import-export company as a result of his studies and began to market the rums in Paris. However, he was passionate about production and put his years of study to good use by ordering for the distillery a Savalle column modified according to his instructions in order to improve the quality of his rums. Today, the Neisson family is still at the head of the family distillery (one of the last in Martinique) and the house continues to source exclusively canes from its own 40 hectares of cane.

The Sacha cuvée is a very limited edition of only 92 copies! This 2003 vintage cask brout comes from a single barrel of ex Bourbon which has aged for 14 years, the most interesting of this vintage, in order to honor the birth of the son of the owners of the distillery who is named. .Sacha :) The beautiful box consists of the bottle and one of the sides of the latter is a real painting, hand painted on a slate. A beautiful work of art signed by French artist Philippe Baudelocque.

A large, very large Neisson which will be a masterpiece for all collectors of the brand. This Colibri box is one of the 95 boxes created for the American continent - very, very rare in Europe ... and a 75cl bottle!
