RHUM BALLY - Art Déco - Pyramide - 42%
Bally brand was founded by Jacques Bally, in Martinique. He produced his spirits in a similar way to that used to create French eaux-de-vie. Bally distilled fresh sugar cane juice to produce a distinct selection of rums. In 1917, Jacques Bally decided to age his rums in oak barrels. In 1924, rum was packaged for the first time in the brand's characteristic triangular bottles. The distillery closed in 1989 and was transferred to the Simon Distillery where rum is now produced.
The Art Deco limited edition is a blend of three vintage rums: the 2003 vintage was aged for 15 years in French oak barrels, the 2007 vintage was aged for 12 years in American oak barrels and the 1998 vintage was aged for 18 years in French oak barrels.
