Compagnie des Indes - Boulet de Canon n° 9 - 46%

La Compagnie des Indes was created in 2014 by Florent Beuchet, an independent bottler from Burgundy. The idea arose from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East Indian companies of the 17th and 18th centuries, who selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them to their respective countries. Compagnie des Indes rums are selected with great rigour. They are bottled in Single Casks or blended, in order to bring out the typicity and quality of each destination.

Boulet de Canon No.9 is a blend of old rums from Panama and Nicaragua, created in partnership with Melt Paris restaurants. This rum has been infused from smoked BBQ fat, using the fat wash technique, a technique that involves infusing a fatty substance into a spirit.
