LA GRANGE TIPHAINE - Nouveau Nez - Magnum 2019

La Grange Tiphaine is located in the Loire Valley, and produces wines in the appellations of Montlouis-sur-Loire,Touraine and Touraine-Ambroise. The 15-hectare vineyard is an exploitation dating from 1850, then specialised in polyculture (tobacco, cereals ...) and which sees its first vines in the 1970s. The domain was bought in 2002 by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau and they work today together, assisted by two employees: Mathieu and Jean-Rémy. They decided to convert the vineyard to organic farming and obtained biodynamic certification in 2014.

Nouveau Nez is the natural sparkling wine (Pet’ Nat’) of La Grange Tiphaine made from Chenin Blanc. The grapes are harvested with a potential alcohol content of 13.8%. Still in fermentation, the wine is bottled with 14 g/L of residual sugars. The bottle fermentation is done without inputs, due to the maturity of the fruit.
