Valinch & Mallet is an independent bottling company created by two friends, coming from different backgrounds and united by the common passion for whisky, the desire to turn it into a profession and to share its fruits with everyone. Davide Romano and his friend select Single Casks of whiskeys and rums, mature them and bottle them without chill filtration and without adding colorings.

This Single Malt is part of The Young Masters Edition series. It was distilled at the Miltonduff distillery in Speyside , Scotland in 2011 and aged for 10 years in Bourbon Hogshead casks. 236 bottles were produced from this unique cask ( #800524).
