Brasserie Cantillon - Fou' Foune - 6% 2023

Fou'Foune is a blend of Lambics aged 18 to 20 months with Bergeron apricots . The apricots used come from sustainable agriculture and 300g of fruit are needed for 1 liter of Lambic. The maceration time is short, around 5 weeks. The apricot farmer, François Daronnat , is nicknamed Foufoune. Best consumed within 10 years of the bottling date.
