La Geuze is composed of Lambics brewed from wheat (35%) and barley malt (65%), from organic farming and old-fashioned hops. It does not contain any sugar. It is a very long-lasting beer with an evolving taste, which is recommended to be enjoyed within 20 years of its bottling.
