François Mikulski - Bourgogne Côte d'Or - Red 2023
Domaine François Mikulski is located in Meursault, on the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy . It was founded in 1992 by François Mikulski, joined by his daughter Anna and son-in-law Thomas Boccon since 2020. The vineyard of approximately 9.5 hectares is spread across several renowned appellations such as Meursault , Volnay , Pommard , Aloxe-Corton , Saint-Aubin and Monthélie . The vines are cultivated according to non-certified organic practices , with particular attention paid to the preservation of biodiversity and sustainable soil management.
Bourgogne Côte d'Or is made from Pinot Noir vines planted in 1929 and 1980. The wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrels and then 2 months in vats .
