 Romuald Cousy is a very young winegrower who has passed through Château Barouillet.

Originally from the Côtes de Duras, he has just created his 4 hectare estate there. Working in biodynamics, rejecting any input except low doses of sulfur when necessary, it brings a new wind to the appellation.

Pépette is an absolutely delicious cabernet sauvignon pét-nat. Super fruit, freshness, balance, you can drink it alone! A real treat!
