The estate is mainly made up of old Syrah called "Serine", which are very old varieties of Syrah giving small, loose clusters with a unique aromatic expression.

We find about 3% of Viognier, white grape variety of the Condrieu appellation in our vineyard of
Côte-Rôtie.
