Domaine MICHEL MAGNIEN - Marsannay - Mogotte Monopole - Biodynamics 2015

 It is the most recent Burgundy AOC (1987) and was very quickly promoted to the rank of Communal Appellation. It belongs to the prestigious Côte de Nuits vineyard, the doors of which it opens to the immediate south of Dijon. Its area is 130 hectares and it has the particularity of having a tricolor production. This climat is a “Monopoly” of the Domaine and its first vintage is that of 2008. This means that the entire plot belongs to the estate, which makes it a unique and rare wine.

The soils are dark brown, dry with a limestone, marl, clay composition with pebbles which favor the drainage of the vines.

This red Marsannay will be perfect with a duck or its breasts.
