The Transcontinental Rum Line bottler wanted to bring back the big rum period, its golden age of the 19th and early 20th. At that time many boats had the holds full of barrels between Europe and the West Indies. The latter makes a rigorous and exciting selection of different styles of rums around the world. Nottingly around the rums of English tradition but also ron of Hispanic tradition.
 
On this bottle of 2014 vintage rum, the selection was focused on a rum of Fiji. Titrated to 48%, the tasting of this pretty bottle will bring you to the nose powerful and characteristic of the region, which recalls the rums of Jamaica. Power, exotic fruits with a beautiful woody finish. Then in the mouth is the explosion of flavors. A balance between power and softness with the same aromas present on the nose. Red berries, exotic fruits and warmth palate your palate. At Clos des Millesimes, we loved it and our customers are raving!
