Maxime CHEURLIN, the grandson of Marie-Thérèse Noëllat took over the estate of Domaine Georges NOELLAT in 2010. We have been working our vines for 5 generations. Now in reasoned culture without weedkiller we carry out important work in green in order to limit the yields. On the wine side, we try to respect as much as possible the exceptional terroirs that we have the chance to work for. We work in a respectful way of the terroir and handle the wines as little as possible. The aging is carried out exclusively in oak barrels varying from 30 to 100% new wood.
