At the end of the 90s, Jacopo Biondi Santi produces wines with an innovative method in the cellars of Château de Montepo in Scansano. Through his Maremma wines, produced with international and indigenous grape varieties, he expresses his personality and the strong values of his family and also those of Tuscany.
