Fargues has established itself as one of the greatest wines of Sauternes. Powerful yet incredibly elegant, the wine is so rich and smooth that it is almost syrupy. It offers complex and tasty aromas of citrus, exotic fruits and broom, but also toast and sweet spices. The signature of Fargues is perhaps as it ages this delicious aroma of bitter orange that it deploys. A great sweet wine cut for aging.
