Château YVONNE - Cuvée Yvonne - White 2017

It is the great organic cuvée from Château Yvonne that has made the domain's letters of nobility. In 2017, the wine has a nice balance on notes of citrus and yellow peach. The oak will melt after a few years of aging to give all its complexity to this great wine.

The vines of the Château Yvonne white cuvée are grown on a Turonian limestone called Tuffeau with yields of 20 hl / ha.

The Yvonne castle was created in 1996; it occupies a total area of 2.5 hectares spread over the municipalities of Parnay and Montsoreau.
Château Yvonne is a dynamic estate which excels in the Saumur and Saumur-Champigny appellation, in white and red.
The organic management of the Château Yvonne vineyard allows the production of lively, rich and expressive organic wines. Controlled maturing brings a very nice support to the wine. A safe bet in the Saumur region.
