Domaine de Pajot - The 4 Grape Varieties 2017

Domaine de Pajot is located on the eastern slope overlooking Eauze, the capital of Armagnac. The Barreau family has been promoting the estate for three generations.
This organic vineyard extends over 60 hectares, divided between white grape varieties: Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Gros-Manseng and Sauvignon; and red grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The estate produces excellent wines but also Armagnac (available on our shop).

Les Quatre Cépages is a dry white wine, IGP Côtes de Gascogne. In Gascony, our main white grape varieties are Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Sauvignon, and Gros – Manseng. All four different and complementary, they are the musketeers!

“Quatre Cépages” can be enjoyed as an aperitif, goes well with cold meats, white meats, mild cheeses, and of course fish and seafood.
